The short version
The short version: we collect your chat conversation and, if you share it, your work email. We use them for one purpose — producing your estimate and following up when you ask us to. Chats are answered by an AI and stored so a human can review them. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or list vendors. You can ask us to delete everything at any time and we will.

CRMdiscount.ai ("CRMdiscount", "we", "us") is an independent buyer-side HubSpot scoping service operated by CRMdiscount LLC, 108 N 2nd St, Harrington, WA 99134, United States. CRMdiscount is not itself a HubSpot partner. It is built and run by RevOps operators whose agency is a certified HubSpot Solutions Partner; that relationship is disclosed on the site and in the "How we are paid" section below. We are not HubSpot, Inc., and nothing on this site is authorised, sponsored or endorsed by HubSpot, Inc.
Chat conversations. The site's assistant is an AI chat. Everything you type into it is collected and stored, whether or not you share contact details, including the full transcript of your conversation. Please don't enter sensitive personal information into the chat — it isn't needed to price a CRM.
Contact details. If you choose to share an email address (we ask for a work email), we store it together with your conversation transcript so a human can review it and send you your written estimate.
Booking details. If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter there (name, email, chosen time) under its own privacy policy.
Technical and usage data. Standard analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and interaction events on the page (for example that a chat was started or a booking button was clicked), collected via Google Analytics. Our hosting provider also processes IP addresses in server logs as part of operating the site.
To answer your questions and produce your estimate; to have a human review your conversation and follow up when you leave an email; to schedule calls you request; to understand how the site is used and improve it, including reviewing chat transcripts to improve the assistant's answers; and to measure advertising performance.
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, each processing data on our behalf:
Anthropic — the AI model provider that processes chat messages to generate the assistant's replies. Google — secure storage of chat transcripts and contact details (Google Workspace) and site analytics (Google Analytics). Vercel — website hosting. Calendly — call scheduling, if you book.
If your deal qualifies and you choose to proceed after the estimate, we share your conversation details with the certified HubSpot Solutions Partner agency operated by our team, which would deliver your onboarding — and we tell you its name before you sign anything. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
The chat and the estimate are free and create no obligation. CRMdiscount's operators run a certified HubSpot Solutions Partner agency: where a deal qualifies and you choose that agency, delivering your HubSpot onboarding — and any implementation work you separately engage it for — is paid or partner-credited work for that agency, and deals it registers count toward its standing in HubSpot's partner program. That incentive is why every figure on the site is published-rate arithmetic you can verify without us, and you are always free to take your estimate to your own HubSpot representative instead.
Chat transcripts and contact details are kept while they are useful for follow-up and for improving the service, and reviewed periodically; we delete records that no longer serve those purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see Your rights). Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — including your chat transcripts. Email team@crmdiscount.ai from the address concerned and we'll action it promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights (for example under GDPR or the CCPA); we honour access and deletion requests regardless of where you are located.
We use Google Analytics (gtag) to measure visits and on-page events, which sets analytics cookies. If we run advertising, ad platforms may set cookies to attribute visits to ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the chat and the site work without them.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with the providers listed above under their security programmes. API keys and storage credentials are held server-side and never exposed in the browser. No internet service can promise perfect security, but we keep the surface deliberately small.
Our providers process data primarily in the United States. If you use the site from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US under our providers' applicable transfer safeguards.
The site is a business-to-business service and not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information; if you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
We'll update this page when our practices change and adjust the date at the top. Material changes to how chat data is handled will be flagged on the site.
