The short version
We collect your email and your quiz answers. We use them for one purpose: helping you get a better price on your CRM. We share them with one group: the partner agencies we work with, and only to help you with that purchase. Those agencies may contact you about your CRM purchase and nothing else. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or list vendors. We do not use it for unrelated marketing. You can ask us to delete everything at any time and we will.

CRMdiscount.ai is operated by CRMdiscount LLC, 108 N 2nd St, Harrington, WA 99134, USA. “We” and “us” mean that company. “You” means anyone who uses this site or completes our quiz.
We are an independent CRM buying advisory. We are not a HubSpot Solutions Partner, reseller or affiliate, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by HubSpot, Inc.

Your email address, so we can send you your estimate.
Your quiz answers: which hubs you want, your database size, seat count, revenue band, timing, and whether you have already spoken to HubSpot or an agency.
Your name and company, if you choose to give them.
Basic technical data such as IP address and pages visited.
We do not collect payment details or any sensitive personal information.
One purpose: to help you buy the right CRM configuration at the right price.
That means calculating your estimate, emailing it to you, and where it would help, introducing you to a partner agency that may be able to deliver your onboarding instead of you paying HubSpot's fee.
We also use anonymous, aggregated quiz data to improve the quiz. That means counting how many people pick three hubs versus one. It does not mean building profiles of individuals.
We will not use your information to market unrelated products to you, and we will not add you to any general mailing list.
Partner agencies. We work with a small number of certified partner agencies. Where an introduction would help you, we may pass them your email and your quiz answers.
That introduction has a strict limit. An agency that receives your details may contact you about your CRM purchase: your configuration, your onboarding, your pricing. That is the whole permitted scope.
We require every agency we work with to:
If an agency contacts you about anything outside that scope, tell us at team@crmdiscount.ai. We will take it up with them, and if it is not resolved we will stop working with them.
Service providers. We use a few vendors to run the site and the quiz: Vercel (hosting), Google (analytics, tag management and secure storage of quiz responses), and our scheduling provider for call bookings. They act on our instructions only and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if the law requires it. If we are allowed to tell you, we will.
What we never do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade or license it. We do not share it with data brokers, list vendors or lead-resale marketplaces. We do not share it with HubSpot, Inc.
You never pay us.
If you choose to be introduced to a partner agency and go on to work with them, we may receive a referral fee from that agency. It is paid by the agency, not by you, and it does not change your price.
That is our only income from your visit. We are not paid per lead and we are not paid for your email address.
If no introduction is made: 12 months after your last contact with us, then deleted.
If an introduction is made: 24 months, so we can answer any question about it.
Anonymous, aggregated statistics: kept indefinitely, because they contain nothing that identifies you.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Email team@crmdiscount.ai and we will act within 30 days. You do not need to explain why.
If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
We use essential cookies to run the site, Google Analytics to see whether the quiz is working, and Google Ads conversion measurement to know whether our own advertising brought you here. We do not use third-party retargeting pixels, and we never sell or share your data with advertising networks for their own use. You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.
We hold very little, which is the best protection we can offer. Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to people who need it.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authority, as the law requires.
Our vendors and partner agencies may be based outside your country. Where we transfer personal data internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
This site is for people buying business software. It is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change would ever widen who we share your information with or what it can be used for, we will email everyone whose details we still hold before it takes effect.
